לפני כ15 שנים עשיתי שנת שרות לאומי בשלוה, השנה הזאת הייתה אחת השניים המשמעותיות ביותר בחיים שלי. התאהבתי במקום באנשים בילדים וזכיתי להיות חלק מהמפעל הענק הזה שעושה כ"כ הרבה טוב.
לפני חודש שמעתי על מסע של שלוה לקילמנג'רו וידעתי שאני חייבת לאתגר את עצמי ולהצטרף למסע ובהזמנות זו גם לגייס כסף למקום הזה שאני כ"כ אוהבת. תעזרו לי ותתרמו לעמותה המיוחדת הזאת.
כל שקל שיתרם ילך למטרות העמותה ולא למימון עלות המסע אותו אממן מכיסי.

Fifteen years ago I was afforded the opportunity of performing my National Service in Shalva. I feel that that year was one of the most significant of my life. I fell in love with the center, the staff and the children and felt privileged to be a part of such a wonderful enterprise that does so much good.
About a month ago I heard that Shalva is sponsoring a trip to Kilimanjaro and I immediately knew that I had to challenge myself and join the trek, using the opportunity to help raise funds for this cause that I truly believe in and love. I would appreciate your help in raising money for this special initiative.
Every shekel that you donate will go directly to Shalva. I will be covering the entire cost of my trip on my own.
